r <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL <br />OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />OF PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br />2405 DUNWOODY AVENUE, 3865/3877 SHORELINE DRIVE <br />FILE NO. 1958 <br />WHEREAS, Louis B. Oberhauser (hereinafter the "subdivider") on October 24, <br />1995, filed a formal subdivision application with the City for approval of a lot line rearrangement <br />of a residential plat of property legally described as: <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Townsite of Langdon Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />(hereinafter "the property"); and <br />WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota <br />Statutes 462 358 et seq ’ and the Citv of Orono ’s Zoning and Platting Codes, the Orono <br />plains Commission hdd a public hearing on November 20. 1995 a. which time <br />desiring to be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at regular meetings held on December 11, 1995 and January 8, <br />1996, the Orono City Council considered the''subdivision application of Louis B. Oberhauser, <br />noting the following findings of fact: <br />The property is located within the LR-IC Single Family Lakeshore Residential <br />Zoning District requiring a minimum of 21,780 s.f or one-half acre of area and <br />lot width of 100' at OHWL and 75' setbacks. <br />The property consists of three substandard lots.
