Therefore, administration of the Wetland Consemtion <br />Act re<nilations on filling of this wetland is the responsibility of Orono s designated LGU, the <br />Watershed District. However, as noted above, a number of City ordinances are also involved, <br />and the City still requires the conditional use permit, variance approvals, and land alteration <br />permit. <br />Shoreland Ordinance Permit Review Guidelines <br />Section 10 56, Subd. 16 (J) (Topographic alterations/grading and filling), itein 5, requires a <br />number of considerations and conditions that must be adhered to duntig the issuance of <br />rnn«niciion Detmits grading and filling permits, conditional use permits, variances and <br />subdivision approval, TTiose guidelines are included as Exhibit P at the end of this packet, <br />'nie effect of the proposed project on the wetland in regards to the six items of Subdivision <br />in se Subd 16 (J-5a), are addressed in Exhibit K, the MCWD memorandum and resolution <br />finding dial no environmental impact statement is required, rariner, *e proposed and <br />specdfcations generaUy indicate that the MCWD will be adhering to the standards of Section <br />10.56, Subd. 16 (J-5d-k).
