^ % <br />Request for Council Action continued <br />Page 2 <br />January 3, 1996 <br />Zoning File #2087 Minnegasco, Inc.. 530 Old Crystal Bay Road North _______________ <br />The City Administrator has recommended that the conditional use permit for the temporary use <br />of a gas vaporizer be issued annually, and that if applicant finds it necessary to retain the use <br />of the vaporizer for the 1997 season or beyond that the applicant seek a less populated area <br />within our City. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />To approve a renewal conditional use permit for Minnegasco for one year to permit the <br />continued use of a portable natural gas vaporizer for the remaining winter months of 1996. <br />The conditional use permit shall expire as of October 1, 1996. Applicant is further encouraged <br />to select a new location for the use of the gas vaporizer if it is found the 1996 improvement <br />or upgrade of gas facilities will not meet the gas supply needs of the service area for 1997 <br />season or beyond. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED; <br />To either deny, approve or amend the enclosed resolution
