The purpose of the action item is to gain approval accepting Community Service Officer <br />Julia Knapek letter of resignation. <br /> <br />2. Background / Summary. Julia Knapek was hired in June 2022. Julia Knapek has submitted a letter <br />of resignation. Julia Knapek last day is August 14, 2023. Julia Knapek has accepted a police officer <br />position with the city of St. Cloud. The police department wishes Julia Knapek the best of luck in all of <br />his future endeavors and for her service to the citizens of Orono, Mound, Spring Park and Minnetonka <br />Beach. <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation.
