Whitehead, 1220 Lyman Avenue - 3-Lot Plat <br />- Amend Preliminary Subdivision Approval Resolution #3966 <br />- Final Plat Approval Resolution <br />List of Exhibits <br />A - Resolution #3966 (as adopted 9/22/97 with indicated revisions)(no park fee findings) <br />B - Final Plat Approval Resolution <br />C - Driveway Grading Plan <br />D - Final Plat Drawing <br />Amendment of Preliminary Plat Approval Resolution #3966 <br />On November 24 the Council voted 3-0 to reconsider Resolution #3966 and on a vote of 3-0 directed <br />staff to draft language to amend that resolution by adding findings showing a nexus between the plat <br />and the park needs of the City, as well as findings indicating the proportionality of the proposed park <br />fee in relation to the City as a vdiole. Draft findings have not been finalized and will be presented <br />Monday for Council consideration. <br />Final Plat Approval <br />The applicants have substantially completed the requirements of Resolution #3966 including: <br />1.Creation of flowage and conservation easements over the City-protected wetlands <br />in Lots 1, 2 and 3 and shown on the plat as 'drainage easements'; and creation of <br />private covenants over other wetlands on the property which are protected by State <br />or Federal laws.
