r <br />Navarre Housing Study <br />The siding conditions for garages was examined. Once again, there was a fairly even <br />distribution between excellent, good and fair siding conditions. There was a large <br />number in poor to dilapidated condition. It does not appear as though <br />garage foundations were as great of concern as other structural components. Overall, (he appearance of most <br />garages could be considered fair to excellent. The proportion in the excellent and good <br />categories was slightly lower for garages than it was for houses. Area III had nearly all <br />garages that were in the good to excellent categories that are attached.
