Navarre Housing Study <br />The foundations on residences were evaluated. Almost all foundations were in fair to <br />excellent condition. This was especially true in Area III where all foundations were in <br />good to excellent condition. Windows were in good to excellent condition <br />overall. T^ere were a few structures that have older window frames and were <br />experiencing minor rotting or weathering.
