ORDINANCE NO. <br />P6> I A'fVodu.Gec/ -ft> <br />Planning CoYv^mi'ssion <br />Medr\r<)ei\\- ?> <br />, SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE BY DELETING <br />THE DUPLEX CREDIT IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS ADJACENT TO COMMERCIAL <br />AND INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS WITHIN 200 FEET AND ADDING A DUPLEX <br />CREDIT FOR RESIDENTIAL AREAS LOCATED WITHIN 400 FEET OF A <br />B-3, SHOPPING CENTER BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br />Section 1. Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.20, Subdivision 3 (I), Duplex Credit^ is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Oad€. <br />TV=«ft! <br />New <br />Unglue <br />One duplex may be located as a conditional use upon applicatior ■ therefore provided <br />that public sanitary sewer service is available, and the lot is adjf cent to a eommcfeinl <br />or industrial district, and the duplex is constructed within 200' of the commercial'Of <br />industrial district. A duplex is defined-as a two-family unit reaidential building: <br />ONE DUPLEX IS ALLOWED AS A CONDITIONAL USE ON A PLATTED LOT <br />OF RECORD SERVED BY PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER SERVICE IF SAID <br />LOT IS LOCATED WITHIN 400 FT. (FOUR HUNDRED FEET) OF A B-3 <br />SHOPPING CENTER ZONING DISTRICT. <br />Section 2. Adoption and Publication.
