ORDINANCE NO., SECOND SERIES <br />Pl^nivv^ <br />^>3rvNvAiss i ^ <br />AHachme»^l A <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE BY <br />AMENDING THE DISTANCE REQUIREMENT TO INCLUDE ZONING <br />LOTS WITHIN 250 FEET OF A B-3 ZONING DISTRICT <br />The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br />Section 1. Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.20, Subdivision 3 (I), Duplex Credit, is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />One duplex may be located as a conditional use up)on application therefore provided <br />that public sanitary sewer service is available, and the lot is adjacent to a commercial <br />or industrial district, or WITHIN (250) TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FEET OF THE B- <br />3 DISTRICT, and the duplex is constructed within 200' (feet) of the commercial or <br />industrial district. <br />Section 2. Adoption and Publication. This ordinance shall be published in The Pioneer and <br />The Laker newspapers and become eftective immediately upon publication. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota on this <br />____, 199_by a vote of____ayes and_____nays. <br />day of <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
