If Navarre’s townhouses <br />resemble either of these it would vastly improve them. I have also inclosed one that I <br />feel Navarres will look like if they construct them as proposed. <br />The City has an obligation to its citizens to assure that the appearance and function of <br />the townhouses conform with the image Orono has developed. The builder only has to <br />unload them, but the City has to deal with them for the next fifty years. <br />r
