r <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Council authorizes the City to establish the Drug/Felony Forfeiture Fund, a Special <br />Revenue Fund, as of January 1, 1997, by an operating transfer of $8,347.18 from the <br />General Fund to the Drug/Felony Forfeiture Fund; to amend the operating transfer in or <br />out budget of each fund by a like amount; and to reallocate the related year to date <br />revenues, and expenditures from the General Fund to the Drug/Felony Forfeiture Fund, <br />with appropriate budget amendments. <br />l r
