r -[ I 5.While the previous application was approved by the City Council, the Planning <br />Commission unanimously voted against it. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends denial of the renewal of lot area and lot width varainces for both lots <br />and a hardcover variance for Lot 2. <br />Staff recommends the hardcover variance to allow the existing hardcover on Lot 2, in <br />excess of 30% be denied.
