n <br />I <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />NAVARRE WATER TREATMENT <br />PLANT REHABILITATION IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation existing under the laws <br />of the State of Mirmesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a feasibility study to determine the <br />feasibility of rehabilitating the Navarre Water Treatment Plant; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 8, 1997 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 3957 <br />receiving the feasibility report and calling for a public hearing for the Navarre Water Treatment Plant <br />rehabilitation improvement; and <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks pi shed notice of the hearing <br />was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 23 rd day of September, 1997, at which all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportuui; to be heard thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council does <br />hereby direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the rehabilitation of the <br />Navarre Water Treatment Plant. <br />Adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on October 13,1997 by a vote <br />ayes and____nays. <br />ATTEST;Gabriel Jabbour.
