Nava*ii* Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation <br />I <br />A feasibility study has been prepared for this project and a public hearing was held on September <br />23rd. After completion of the public hearing, the Council approved a motion authorizing the <br />preparation of plans and specifications for this project. The attached resolution will need to be <br />approved to formally order preparation of plans and specifications in accordance with Minnesota <br />Statue 429 for assessment projects. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Approval of the attached resolution ordering preparation of plans and specifications, by the City <br />Engineer, for rehabilitation of the Navarre Water Treatment Plant
