A <br />county road is the only location where a fence of that height would be allowed. He <br />questioned whether that hei^it is appropriate. <br />Lindquist moved, Hawn seconded, to approve the reconstruction of the fence at a <br />minimum of 10’ from the edge of the pavement behind the tree line. Vote: Ayes 6, Nays <br />0. <br />McMillan questioned whether the garage could be reduce to ir to meet the 26' wetland <br />separation with a street side variance. Hawn noted it would be used for storage only. <br />Brooks sjrid he could reduce the size somewhat. <br />Gaffron reported that the wetland edge has been delineated by the surveyor per the City <br />map. The distance from the existing garage to the edge of the wetlaiid has not been <br />measured. The measurement may change where the garage should be located. <br />Stoddard moved. McMillan seconded, to approve a street setback variance and variance <br />for an accessory structure nearer to the front of the street lot line than the existing <br />residence. The garage is to be a maximum of 18'x24' and located 26 from the wetland <br />boundary as per City map.
