The variance, if granted, will not alter the essential character of the locality. <br />The variance will not change the character of the site or neighborhood as the addition has been <br />designed to fit in with the existing style and roofline of the residence. <br />4. Undue hardship also includes, but is not limited to, inadequate access to direct sunlight <br />for solar energy systems. <br />Solar access is not a consideration. <br />6.
