Comprehensive Plan of the City. <br />8.The City Council has considered this application including the findings and <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission, reports by City staff, comments <br />by the applicants and the effect of the proposed variance on the health, safety <br />and welfare of the community. <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br />Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby <br />denies variances to Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.02, Section 10.03, Subd. 9 and Section <br />10.25 to deny construction of an accessory structure that is proposed as 42' by 96' (4,032 s.f.) <br />in footpiint where an individual accessory structure must not exceed 1,600' in footprint and the <br />total footprint of accessory structures on the lot may not exceed 3,200 s.f. where 5,410.6 s.f. <br />is proposed, located 23' from the front lot line where 30' is required and 23' in height, <br />exceeding the 16' height of the principal structure as shown on Exhibit A. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held <br />on the 22nd day of September, 1997. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
