(.336 ) <br />Application:The applicants propose restoring an existing r::,sidence and building an <br />addition to an existing residence that is located within the 0-75' setback. <br />Variances for side yard setback, lakeshore setback and hardcover in the <br />0-75' setback are required. A conditional use permit is also required for <br />land alteration in the 0-75' setback. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />To approve variances for: <br />1. Side yard setback to allow a second story along the south property line where <br />5.3' is existing and proposed and 10' is required. <br />2. Hardcover in the 0-75' setback to increase from 609.25 sq. ft. (9%) to 1,320.75 <br />sq. ft. (19%) where none is allowed. <br />3. Lakeshore setback to add structure in the 0-75' setback where none is allowed. <br />To approve a conditional use permit for land alteration in the 0-75' setback. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To amend or approve the enclosed resolution granting a conditional use permit and variances <br />for side yard, lakeshore setback, and hardcover in the 0-75' setback. <br />NOTE: This item was tabled from the June 23, 1997 City Council meeting.
