I recommend Orono extend it’s contract with <br />E-Z for 1998 - 2000. <br />Amendments to Existing Contract <br />Refer to attached Extension Agreement for 1998 - 2000. If Orono agrees to e^end it’s contract with <br />, ^s Extension Agreement will need to be signed and dated and returned to me, along with a copy of <br />your Re^lution. I will forward the Extension Agreement to E-Z for signing and return the original to <br />Orono. This amended contract agreer ant has been reviewed by WHRC’s attorney. <br />Contract Amount <br />E-Z proposes a monthly per household charge of $2.04. Based on a household count of 2,737, Orono ’s <br />annual billing for 1998 would be $67,001.76 lied monthly at $5,583.48. <br />Please bring this item to the attention of your City Counci, return the signed Contract Extension Agreement <br />and copy of your ResoluUon to me before June 30, 1997. As sodn as I receive your sitged Agreement, I will <br />sen your cu side recycling budget estimate for 1998. I, of course, am available to answer any questions that <br />may anse relative to the proposed extension and amendments.
