Schneider, 2180 North Shore Drive (Old Hill Schoolhouse) <br />Amendment to a Conditional Use Permit—Public Hearing <br />Zoning District: RR-IB, One Family Rural Residential District <br />Lot Size:25,440 sq. ft. (.63 acres) <br />Application:The owner of the Old Hill Schoolhouse at 2180 North Shore Drive, Martin <br />B. Schneider, is requesting an amendment to a conditional use permit to <br />allow the Lake Minnetonka Environmental School to locate in the building. <br />Pertinent Ordinances <br />Section 10.20, Subd. 3 - Conditional Uses, A. Schools. <br />Section 10.09 - Conditional Uses. <br />Section 10.28 - RR-IB, One Family Rural Residential District. <br />Section 10.05, Subd. 5 (A) - Non-Conforming Uses. <br />"Subd. 5 Non-Conforming Uses. Any land or buildings which were actually and <br />legally devoted to a non-conforming use on January 1, 1975, may be continued in <br />said non-conforming use pursuant to conditional use permit granted as hereinafter <br />specified. <br />A.
