Carlson, 3140 Watertown Road - Final Subdivision <br />Alan Carlson, the original developer, will complete the final subdivision, and once approved <br />and filed, the twelve residential lots and Outlot B will be sold to the Charles Cudd <br />Construction Company who shall in turn assume all responsibility for the installation of <br />drainage and road improvements. Site improvements will commence in the spring of 1997. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />To approve the final plat of Crystal Creek. The developer proposes a twelve lot residential <br />subdivision with outlot for future development. All twelve lots meet the standards of the RR- <br />IB zoning district and on-site septic code. Staff recommends approval of the final subdivision <br />subject to the findings and conditions of the staff resolution enclosed. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either amend or adopt the approval resolution,
