ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES FOR APRIL 14,1997 <br />ROLL <br />The Council met on the above mentioned date with tlic following members present. <br />Mayor Gabriel Jabbour, Council Members J. Diann Goetten, Charles Kelley, and Barbara <br />Peterson. Richard Flint was absent. Representing Staff were City Administrator Ron <br />Moorse, City Attorney Tom Radio, Assistant Planning and Zoning Administrator J^chael <br />Gaffron, Planner/Zoning Administrator Elizabeth Van Zomeren, Public Services Director <br />Greg Gappa, City Engineer Glenn Cook, and Recorder Sherry Frost. Mayor Jabbour <br />called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. COUNCIL MEETING <br />(*#1) CONSENT AGENDA APR 2 8 1997 <br />Items #9, 10, 15, 16, 17, and 18 were added to the Consent Agenda. CITY OF ORONO <br />Goetten moved, Peterson seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. Vote. <br />Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />(*#2) REGULAR MEETING OF MARCH 24,1997 <br />Goetten moved, Peterson seconded, to approve the Minutes of the Regular City Council <br />Meeting of March 24, 1997. Vote: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />(*#3) SPECIAL MEETING OF MARCH 31,1997 <br />Goetten moved, Peterson seconded, to approve the Minutes of the Special City Council <br />Meeting of March 31, 1997. Vote: Ayes 4. Nays 0. <br />(*#4) SPECIAL MEETING OF APRIL 1, 1997 <br />Goetten moved, Peterson seconded, to approve the Minutes of the Special City Council <br />Meeting of April 1, 1997. Vote: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />Vice Chair Wilson reported having met with Greg Gappa and Jack Brinkhaus visiting <br />parks and reviewing the history and maintenance. <br />Wilson invited the Council to attend the annual Park Tour on June 2 at 6:00 p.m. <br />i <br />4
