i • <br />• •• ••• * • • • • <br />211 i <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance Number 16.01 Pertaining to <br />Water Skiing on Black Lake. <br />The Village of Spring Park, Minnesota, ordains: <br />Section 1. That Section 11 of Ordinance Number 16.01 relating <br />to tke establishing of Harbor limits and prohibiting nuisances <br />therein be amended by adding to the following sub-section: <br />"(II 6 f) No person shall tow or be towed on water skis, aqua <br />plane, surfboard, saucer or similar device on Black Lake." <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective from and after <br />its passage and publication. <br />Passed by the Village Ooxmcil this 1st day of June, 1964. <br />ATTEST: <br />OBERT A.
