r <br />iL <br />§ 6-103 MINNETRISTA CITY CODE <br />Sec. 6-103. Impoundment, destruction, etc., of watercraft, warming houses, etc., found <br />in violation of article. <br />Whenever any boat, canoe, or other watercraft, or any fish house, warming house or other <br />similar structure is deemed to constitute a nuisance hereunder, the same may be abated by <br />any police officer of this city, or by any law enforcement officer of the county or state, by <br />impounding the same and retaining the same for proper disposition. If the property is aban­ <br />doned, or the owner thereof is unknown and not subject to discovery, the property may <br />forthwith be destroyed or sold at public auction. If the owner of the property is known, a <br />complaint shall be forthwith served upon him. If a conviction results, the order of the court <br />shall include a provision relative to the disposition of the property, which order may require <br />its destruction or sale to cover the costs incurred by the city. <br />(Ord. Waste disposal, etc. <br />No person shall deposit refuse, waste or other deleterious, poisonous or injurious sub- <br />.stance within the harbor limits. No person shall deposit sewage wi’hin the primary harbor <br />limits. <br />(Ord. No. 10. 7(2), (3). 6-1-61) <br />Sec. 6-105. Interference with enforcement. <br />No person shall wilfully prevent, hinder, oppos.o or obstruct a public official in the <br />performance of his duty in carrying out the provisions of this article, or in removing or <br />abating a publ’C nuisance. <br />(Ord. Structures interfering with, etc., primary harbor limits. <br />No person shall erect or maintain any dock or structure which interferes with, obstructs, <br />or tends to obstruct or render dangerous for use the waters within the primary harbor limits. <br />(Ord. Compliance with state watercraft laws. <br />No person shall fail to equip and operate a boat, vessel or watercraft in accordance with <br />the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 361, as amended, which provisions are hereby <br />adopted by reference, as fully as if set out herein. <br />(Ord.
