NOTICE OF MEETING <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Orono, Minnesota will hold a public hearing in the <br />Orono Council Chambers, 2780 Kelley Parkway, at 8:15 p.m. on Monday, March 10, 1997 to <br />consider the installation of municipal sanitary sewer trunks and laterals pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement is <br />generally known as the "Bracketts Point" area described as follows: <br />The following property in Hennepin County, Minnesota: <br />A. Lots 1, 2, 3,4, 5, and 6, "N. J. Stubbs First Subdivision in Lot No. 2, Section 11, <br />Township 117, North Range 23". <br />B.That part of Government Lot 2, Section 11, Township 117, North, Range 23 West, <br />lying north of N. J. Stubbs First Subdivision and lying easterly of County Road No. <br />15 and southerly ofchaimel ruiming from Mud Lake to Lake Minnetonka. <br />C. Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, and 10, "Rearrangement of Orono Point". <br />D.
