A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING THE PREPARATION <br />OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ON ORONO ICE ARENA <br />SANITARY SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENTS <br />'ATIEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3823 of the Council adopted December 9, <br />1996, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer i.n reference to the Ice Arena sanitary sewer <br />and water improvements, and this report was received by the Council on Fcba*ary 10, 1997, and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project <br />is necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />1.The Council will consider the installation of such sanitary sewer and water improvements <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total <br />cost of the improvements of $102,995. <br />2. The Council does hereby order the preparation of plans and specifications. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 24th day of February, 1997. <br />ATTEST:J.
