Resolution accepting the feasibility report and ordering the preparation <br />of plans and specifications <br />The city is in receipt of the City Engineer ’s feasibility report for the Ice Arena water and sewer <br />improvements. The next step in the process is for the City Council to adopt a resolution accepting <br />the feasibility report and directing the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications. A <br />resolution accomplishing that step is attached. Because the Orono Ice Arena, Inc. has agreed to <br />enter into an agreement that calls for them to pay the full cost of the project, it is not necessary <br />to hold a public hearing or an assessment hearing regarding the project. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt a resolution accepting the feasibility report for the Ice Arena water and sewer <br />improvements and ordering the preparation of plans and specifications. <br />1
