If no, explain. <br />The Cities of Orono and Medina have approved Comprehensive Land Use Plans. Several <br />different Concept Plans were prepared and reviewed for the project. City staff <br />representatives have reviewed the Spring Hill Golf Club preliminary plans and have found <br />them consistent with the proposed land use designations and zoning of the Site. Ongoing <br />discussions with regulatory agencies will facilitate resolution of any conflicts if they arise. <br />29. Impact on Infrastructure and Public Services Will new or expanded utilities, roads, <br />other infrastructure, or public services be required to serve the project? _X_ Yes _ No <br />If yes, describe the new or additional infrastructure/services needed. (Any infrastructure <br />that is a "connected action" with respect to the project must be assessed in this EAW; see <br />"EAW Guidelines" for details.) <br />Although no new or expanded ‘'rads will be required as a result of the project, it may be <br />necessary to perform repairs or major structural rehabilitation to Spring Hill Road and/or <br />East Long Lake Road in the near term due to the additional traffic generated by the project. <br />Also, traffic safety improvements, such as left turn lanes or left turn bypass lanes may be <br />required on County Road 6 at the east intersection of Spring Hill Road and/or at the <br />intersection of Tamarack Drive. No other improvements or additional infrastructure will be <br />required off-site as a result of the project. <br />30. Related Developments; Cumulative Impacts <br />a.
