The vote was 4-0 for conceptual denial. Council directed <br />staff to prepare a formal resolution for denial for adoption at the February 10th meeting. <br />The attached resolution incorporates findings noted by the Planning Commission and by the <br />Council. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Adopt the attached resolution for denial. <br />Proposed Motion: Moved by__________, seconded by_________, to adopt Resolution No. <br />______denying variances and conditional use permit for Genmar Industries, Inc. at 1449 <br />Shoreline Drive.
