h. Licensee shall maintain one additional restroom on Tanager Lake <br />side. <br />i. Licensee shall make available its shop boat for emergency use by fire <br />departments which add the name of licensee as an additional insured <br />on liability insurance policies, <br />The licenses gfranted herein shall confer no vested rights to the use of Lake <br />Minnetonka.
