ORDER <br />On the basis of the foregoing, it is ordered that a new dock license and <br />special density license be Ranted to the Applicant on the following conditions: <br />1. The licenses are granted for construction and maintenance of facilities for <br />2. <br />47 BSUs on Brown's Bay and for 67 BSUs on Tanager Lake in accordance <br />with the dock plan attached hereto as Attachment One and hereby made a <br />part of this Order. <br />The licenses are conditioned on the continuing maintenance of the following <br />public amenities, each of which has been suggested and agreed to by the <br />Applicant. <br />a. One slip shall be maintained for use by the Sheriffs Water Patrol for <br />c. <br />d. <br />e. <br />f. <br />g- <br />emergency purposes, <br />b. Licensee shall provide a boat for charter purposes to groups or <br />individuals at least three times per year at no profit to licensee and <br />shall annually report on the same to the District. <br />Licensee shall provide boats with a professional guide for fishing <br />excursions for underprivileged or handicapped children or adults, at <br />least five times per year, providing access for approximately 25 such <br />persons, at no charge, and shall annually report on the same to the <br />District. <br />Licensee shall maintain a public pay phone. <br />Licensee shall maintain an MCWD approved skimming and ponding <br />basin for runoff. <br />Licensee shall maintain landscaping on the grounds. <br />Licensee shall provide a loading zone for Tanager Lake customers, <br />allowing such customers to load a boat at the Brown's Bay facilities <br />which shall be handicapped accessible,
