The State I
wUJ assist the City in requesting that “old highway 12" be reconstructed by the
County.
11b. It is understood that the City is requesting that all overhead utilities be buried
at no expense to the City as a part of this proposed reconstruction project on “old
highway 12'. It is understood that at this point in the project development process
not enough is known about the utilities, the placement of the utilities, or the rights
associated with their placement, to commit to a specific course of action in regards
to those utilities.
