Cal?alujn stated that <br />ho \;ould have a hard time appr -ving this variance <br />application because it could set a precedent for the <br />rest of the neighborhood. <br />Schulz stated tliat if the applicant cculd ^i^nui ro an <br />additional 6,000 sf it v;ould bring thr. lot closer to <br />tliG other lots. <br />Adai.is feit that it would be a aood use of the property to <br />put a house in the lot and that it ‘would fit in with the <br />rest of the neighborhood. Adams stated that ho would <br />be in favor of granting the variance. <br />Kelicy agreed v;ith Callahan that the lot is very <br />substandard. <br />Sir.'.e moved, Kelley seconded, to table the variance <br />application to allov/ the applicant time to c):ploro the <br />idea cl: acquiring additional land, for the ap‘plicant <br />to got another survey and for applicant to explore the <br />access issue. Vote: Ayes tO), Kays (0). <br />John Kricson was present. Ericson asked that the City <br />table his variance application to allow his attorney <br />to review the Zoning Administrator’s memo. <br />Rovegno moved, Kelley seconded, to table the Ericson <br />variance application. Vote; Ayes (6), Kays (0). <br />John Ericson v/as present. Ericson stated that at the <br />last Planning Comraission meeting they asked him to <br />explore acquiring additional land.
