Right-Of-Way
Westlake Street is a dead end street that does not have room to turn around without utilizing a
driveway. The City should consider creating a cul-de-sac at the end of Westlake Street. The City
could request the property owner dedicate a portion of his property to allow the cul-de-sac to be
built.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the applicant maintains the 50' front lot line for the 364 property. This
would allow a movement of the lot line towards the lakeside of the property. The Council
has designated each property’ with one sewer unit.
Attachments
A
B
C
D
E
F
G
H
I
J
K
L
M
Application
Description of Request
Location Map
Section Map
Plat Map
Sewer Map
Existing Survey
Proposed Survey
Site Topography
Hardcover Worksheets
Legal Descriptions
Permit Record — 364 Westlake Street
Permit Record — 372 Westlake Street
i^2436 Robert D.
