GafFron, Senior Planning Coordinator <br />October 15, 1998 <br />Subject:#2425 Sidney and Barbara Rebers - Renewal of Preliminary Subdivision Approval - <br />Conversion from Outlot to Lot Status - Outlot E, Sugar Woods ('2190' Wayzata <br />Boulevard) - Public Hearing <br />Zoning District: B-1, Retail Sales Business District <br />Summary of Request: Convert Outlot E, Sugar Woods, to buildable lot status to enable <br />development of the property for commercial use. The key issues \vith the original review related to <br />access for the lot. Those issues were resolved, resulting in Preliminary Plat Approval Resolution <br />No. 3972 adopted October 13,1997. A corridor for such a road was <br />subsequently created in the Otten Brothers property when it was platted via PUD, but only a road <br />segment adjacent to Outlot E was defined within the Rebers property when Sugarwoods was platted <br />That 1989 approval of Sugar Woods allowed Rebers to postpone dedication of a specific service road <br />corridor through Outlot F until Outlot F was further divided.
