Accessory Structures <br />RRl-B Distnct <br />1. Same as front yard setbacks as zone and no closer to street than the principal <br />structure. <br />2. Side 10', unless > 750 sq. ft. < 1,000 sq. ft.=15' <br />3. Rear 5' ( except garages 10') <br />4. Accessory structures exceeding 1,000 sq. ft. shall be at least 30' from side <br />or rear lot line and shall meet the minimum zoning district principal structure <br />setbacks. <br />Private Stables and Barns: <br />1. Minimum 75' to lot lines <br />2. Minimum 150' to nearest adjacent residence <br />3. Height 30' maximum and no greater than principal structure, whichever is less <br />Backlots/Front Lots adopted Jan. 1,1994 <br />1. Accessory structures within a back lot shall be allowed no closer than 10' <br />to a neighboring property's side or rear yard. <br />2. Accessory structures shall not be allowed within the required street yard <br />of a back lot nor within the required rear yard of a front lot which abuts <br />the street yard of a back lot. <br />3. No accessory structure shall be allowed within an access lot.
