(.72 acres) <br />Application:The applicant is requesting variances for street yard setback, hardcover in <br />the 0'-75* setback, bluff setback, and lakeshore setback. A top of bluff <br />setback variance is also required. A conditional use permit is also required <br />to alter the land in the 0'-75' setback. <br />The applicant has submitted a revised proposal that raises the existing house <br />4' to ^low a new walkout lower level. The grade would be changed on the <br />south side of the structure. <br />An entrance is proposed on the street side of the residence to provide an <br />entry and stairway to the lower level, the addition would be 12' x 16'.
