CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />3189NO. <br />tr;2 '/y <br />A) r. / <br />A RBSOLOTION GRAKTIMG <br />APTER-THB-PACT VARIANCES TO <br />MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.03, SUBDIVISION 9 (A) AND <br />SECTION 10.23, SUBDIVISION 6 (B) <br />PILE #1761 <br />WHEREAS, Mark Hunsley (hereinafter "the applicant") has an <br />interest in the property located adjacent to his residence at 3464 <br />Eastlake Street within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City ).
