(39.8%) <br />within the 75-250' lakeshore setback and the applicants pay double application fees as <br />required for after-the-fact permits. <br />Staff recommends approval of the after-the-fact conditional use permit to allow boulder <br />outcroppings and grading to occur within 75' of the lakeshore subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1.No further land alteration is to occur without receiving necessary permits from the <br />City. <br />2.
