CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 4 0 1*^ <br />4. The wetland on Lot 2 has been designated as a drainage easement, <br />5. The plat has been named Wolfs Run. <br />Legal Documents; <br />1. A title opinion addressed to the City has been signed by the property <br />owners. <br />2.A legal description of the drainage (wetland) easement has been <br />provided (Exhibit A). <br />Fees: <br />1. The $200.00 filing fee has been paid. <br />2. A park dedication fee of $4,900.00 has been paid. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota hereby approves the final plat application for Theodore F. Wolf and Mj™ T. Wolf <br />for Wolfs Run subdivision located at 900 Willow Drive North per the survey dated December <br />23, 1996 as revised on December 8, 1997 by Mark S. Gronberg of Coffin and Gron erg <br />attached as Exhibit B, subject to the following conditions: <br />The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin <br />County Recorder’s office or Registrar of Titles office on or before Janu^ 12, <br />1999 together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed copies <br />of the easements noted. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed <br />by the date specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application wit <br />the City of Orono for subdivision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular <br />meeting held on the 12th day of January, 1998. <br />1. <br />Page 2 of 4
