• <br />CITYoff ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 4 0 17 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />FINAL APPROVAL OF A PLAT <br />AT 900 WILLOW DRIVE NORTH <br />FILE NO. 2275 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the state of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br />regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision <br />of a an existing lot into two lots by Theodore F. Wolf and Myma T. Wolf (hereinafter "the <br />subdividers"); and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of the RR-IB <br />one family rural residential zoning district; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 8, 1997 the City Council adopted Resolution #3955 <br />granting preliminary plat approval subject to meeting the following requirements for final plat <br />approval: <br />Plat: <br />1.Lot lines have been platted per preliminary survey by Mark S. Gronberg dated <br />December 23, 1996 as revised on Decem^r 8, 1997. <br />2.Drainage and utility easements have been dedicated 10' along all exterior lot lines <br />and 5’ wide along interior lot lines. <br />3.Portions of the lot below the 985.5' OHWL have been designated as Dickey <br />Lake. <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />£
