(.339 acres) <br />20,218 sq. ft. (.464 acres) proposed with 10' vacation of Bluff Street <br />Application:The applicant is requesting that a 10' portion of Bluff Street be vacated <br />to allow an existing deck that is along the west property line to be remodeled <br />into a three season porch. The vacation is also requested in order to <br />build a new garage that would be accessed from Bluff Street. <br />Variances are needed for hardcover in the 0'-500' setbacks. A variances <br />are also required for the side yard adjacent to street setback from Bluff <br />Street to add the three season porch. A side yard setback is required for <br />the new garage because it is considered an oversized accessory structure. <br />Pertinent Ordinances: <br />Section 10.25, Subd. 5, (B) <br />Section 10.22, Subd. 1 and 2 <br />Section 10.56, Subd. 16 (L) 1 and 2 <br />Section 10.03, Subd. 9, E.
