The structure «locat^ m <br />the 0-75' setback. A hardcover variance is required to increase the hardcover o <br />19% Lot area and lakeshore setback variances arc required. A conAtional <br />land alteration is required for any alteration or excavation in the flood plain and^S <br />setback from the shoreline. Van Zomeren reviewed the topography of the prop^ noting <br />that the shoreline contour is at the 924.9* elevation. The 93ff wnto^ W <br />lakeshore: the 932' contour traverses the property, so the middle portion of the lot is <br />considered to be in the flood plain. The concern is where the 931.5 elevation is located. <br />The applicant said he has Uved on WUdhurst Trail since 1975. He noted that the five other <br />homes west of this property is evenly setback as proposed for this residence. <br />• • • <br />There were no public comments. <br />Stoddard inquired what the Watershed Distiict’s comments were Rahn said the <br />Watershed did not require any mitigation for the entry, deci;, and screen porch as there are <br />on post footings.
