A copy 'f this <br />resolution is attached. <br />This letter serves as an addendum to my letter of May 3. In regards to item 4(c) discussed in that <br />letter, attached City Council Resolution No. 1062 dated August 14,1979 provides confinnation that <br />Portland Place has in fact been vacated.
