According to the proposed floor plan, a living <br />room and k .tchen 'vould be in the additional area. A street side deck is aiso <br />proposed. The applicant proposes removing parking area and a sidewalk. A <br />bluff setback is also required because the proposed addition is located <br />between the top of the bluff and the 30 ’ bluff setback.
