Three land alteration permits <br />have been issued to this property since 1992 for filling in along the east property line. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission review the existing and proposed hardcover limits <br />and direct the applicant to redesign the proposal to reduce hardcover.
