4. Variances were granted for side and lakeshore setback, average lakeshore setback and <br />hardcover in the O' to 75' and 75' to 250' lakeshore setbacks in 1986 to allow the <br />construction of the deck and enclosed porch on the lake side of the residence. <br />5.
