<br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 7384 <br /> <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7374 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 12, 2023, the City Council of the City of Orono (“City Council”) adopted <br />Resolution 7374, which is attached to this Resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to clarify its direction to City Staff concerning the Navarre Fire <br />Station and the end of the Contract for Fire Protection between the City of Orono and the City of <br />Long Lake; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF ORONO, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> Paragraph No. 2 of Resolution No. 7374 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />2. City Staff is directed to work collaboratively with City Staff from the City of Long Lake, <br />including the Long Lake Fire Department, concerning the end of the City of Orono’s <br />participation in the Contract for Fire Protection with the City of Long Lake and the City <br />of Medina.
