The purpose of this action item is to amend Resolution 7374. <br /> <br />2. Background. At the June 12th council meeting the Council passed Resolution 7374 (Exhibit A). As <br />the wording could be interpreted in ways not intended an amendment to clarify the council intent is <br />proposed. <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation.
