The drain that is on <br />the drawings is at the top of the hill on grade. <br />Also, no handrails are shown on the drawings. They are required any time there is a 30” height <br />difference in accessible areas. They need to be 42” high and have 4” max spacing for <br />horizontal rails. <br />If there is granular fill backing the retaining walls as there should be, plantings shown will not <br />flourish nor even survive. <br />They continue to go around the ordinances to expand and use “after the fact” as if they have <br />no choice. Please don’t let them get away with this. It’s a ploy and their response is as a <br />spoiled child.
